What to Expect

After Your Extraction
Taking care of your extraction site can ensure greater comfort as you recover. We recommend applying a cool compress to the side of your mouth and taking an over-the-counter pain reliever such as Ibuprofen as necessary.
It is important to replace your missing tooth soon after the extraction to prevent movement of the adjacent teeth. Otherwise, your entire bite can be compromised. Dr Teoh may recommend a dental implant or fixed bridge, depending on your oral health and personal preferences.
